ASSOCIATED COVERS

Liability & Personal Accident Insurance

Our scheme for this policy is placed with a major insurance company and offers excellent value, with premiums starting at just £215. It will provide you with three different, but important covers:

Public Liability will cover your group, volunteers and staff in respect of legal liability that may be incurred following an act of negligence that causes accidental bodily injury to other people or damage to other people’s property.

Employers Liability is a legal obligation imposed by Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969, (and as amended by subsequent legislation). This will provide your group with cover in respect of legal liability for negligence causing accidental bodily injury to employees and volunteers.

Personal Accident can provide specific benefits for drivers, staff and volunteers aged 16-80 (inclusive) as a result of accidental bodily injury sustained in the course of their duties for the group.

Office Combined Insurance

As with our Liability and Personal Accident scheme this contract is placed with a major insurance company, we will tailor the policy to your requirements providing all the cover your organisation needs.

Charity & Charity Trustee Indemnity

Liabilities may be incurred following negligence which causes financial loss to another person or organisation other than following bodily injury or damage to their property e.g. by libel or slander or by breach of trust e.g. misappropriation of monies entrusted to you for a purpose. Legal Expenses Insurance

We are all aware of the "no win, no fee" claims culture that is prevalent nowadays and, in response to many requests and enquiries for Legal Expenses insurance, we have successfully negotiated a special scheme rate with the Country’s leading legal expenses insurers, DAS. The normal standard premium is in excess of £100, for cover in accordance with the summary, but we have agreed a total premium of £20 for our clients.
